Hallo folks,
This is my personal Blog. My name is Enzo R. Bartolo. I live in southern Italy (a paradise inhabited by devils according to a witty definition due to a british traveler of a couple of centuries ago. Unfortunately very little has chanced ever since. Anyhow, what did change was not the devilish nature of people but... the paradisiac characters of the landscape).
I was born here...a few years ago, then moved to northern italy when I was 19 and studied in Bologna where I got a Law degree . After a couple of years trying to understand whether I liked to become a lawyer I decided to postpone the decision.
Now I'm working as a police commissioner: The best place to get to know the miseries of the public administration (particularly the one that deals with the justice and the public safety): And, believe me...I've seen plenty of misery, cowardice and evil around me......
